The executive briefing
One hour, no charge, no sales deck. We walk your leadership through where AI should run and what it costs over three years, using your own numbers if you bring them. You leave knowing whether this is worth pursuing, including when the honest answer is that it is not.
The workshop
A working session with your business, IT, and finance people. We score your real workloads against all six questions, run the cost model on your numbers, and hand you a written map of what should run where, and why. The math on the model page is the part you can run without us.
The build
When the workshop says a job belongs on your own hardware, we build the proof: working code running on your hardware, wrapped in the security your IT team already uses. The blueprints are the starting point, adapted to your setup.
